The Funky Parlour Service Policy

Hair and Beauty Salon Cancellation, No-Show and Late Arrival Policy at The Funky Parlour


Effective from 21st December 2023, the following policy will be implemented at The Funky Parlour to ensure that we can provide the best service to all our clients.

1. Booking Policy:

For colour services, we request that bookings be made at least 2 weeks in advance. For Wednesday nights and Saturdays, please make your bookings at least 4 weeks in advance. To avoid disappointment, we recommend rescheduling your next appointment after your last service. Exceptions may be made for special promotions or events as advertised by The Funky Parlour.

2. Deposit Policy:

To secure your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total service cost is recommended and will be charged at the time of booking. This deposit will be deducted from your total service bill at the end of the service. Please note that the deposit will be forfeited if cancellation or rescheduling is done with less than 48 hours notice, unless there are extreme circumstances.

3. Cancellation and Rebooking Policy:

We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. We request that you reschedule or cancel your reserved services with at least 48 hours notice. This gives us ample time to schedule another client and, in turn, maintain a higher availability of our services for you as well as others.

4. No-Show Policy:

Clients who do not show up for their appointment without a call or notification will be considered as a "no-show". In such cases, they will be required to pay the full service price for their next booking. This policy will apply to all future services.

5. Late Arrival Policy:

We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable. However, depending on circumstances, if you are late for your appointment, we might be forced to shorten your service or ask you to reschedule. This is to ensure that the next client's service is not delayed.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and support in implementing this policy. This will allow us to provide a more efficient service and a better salon experience for all our valued clients at The Funky Parlour.
